Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within th U.K.
Please ensure that you are aware of this if you are purchasing from outside the U.K.
A contract will exist between Living Clean and the customer once an order has been
completed.
Prices and availabilty of goods is subject to change without notice. However the price
confimed at placement of order will not change at delivery. A delivery charge is always
added to your order value.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point od despatch.
Any payments by you will be refunded in full.
Returns
If you decide not to keep your order you may return it to us at your expense within 7 days of receipt, please notify us that it is your intention to return your order. We will always offer you an exchange or a refund, provided the order is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Making Returns
Unless the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay for the
return of order to us. When returning your order we strongly reccommend you to obtain
proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibilty for parcels lost in transit. We will only
refund or exchange for the costs of postage if the order returned is faulty.
We pay return costs at the lowest postage only.
Payment
All prices quoted on the website are accurate at the time of publication
and are quted in pounds sterling.
For outside the UK all customs or import duties levied once the packaging reaches your
destination will be your responsibilty as we cannot predict the charges.
We accept Paypal payments, cheque and bank transfers.
UK Delivery
All orders are usually despatched within 7 working days, stock permitting.
Although we always advise to all 28 days for delivery.
Data Collection
We collect the personal data that you may provide whilst using the
service. We do not collect or use personal for any purpose other than to deliver goods
or to provide you with a quote or for information requested.
We do not disclose your personal data to any other organisations. All our employees
who have access and are associated with the processing of data, are obliged to respect
the confidentiality of our visitors personal data.
We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to state institutions
and authorities except if required to do so by law.
Access to personal data we hold about you.
You can ask us by e mail at info@livingclean.co.uk whether we are keeping
personal data about you. You can request by e mail to provide you with a copy
we will require proof of your identity beforehand. We will provide you with a copy F.O.C.
You may have the data erased, rectified or ammended wherever appropriate.
