Myron Larkowsky

My name is Myron Larkowsky and I am a director of Living Clean. I would like to take a few moments of your time to give you the brief history of how Living Clean was formed.

In 1984 I formed a security company Called Eastern Knight Security Services, providing static guarding and mobile patrols key-holding service within the Norfolk area.

Having gained our quality accreditation we continued to build the company on strong foundations into reliable and reputable Security service provider - with clients including: May Gurney, Norfolk County Council and RG Carter.

In 2000 Eastern Knight Services was acquired by a much larger organisation that was able to invest and expand on the already growing business. I remained within the company as an Area business Manger for six years, further developing and managing our customer base on a day to day basis.

In 2006 I had an opportunity to purchase a very small cleaning company that had great potential. I was aware that there were many commercial cleaning companies within the Norwich area, however there were none offering a combined security and cleaning service. I recognised this as a unique opportunity and reformed Eastern Knight Services Limited, providing East Anglia with its first, and only, Cleaning and Security (ISO 9001 UKAS accredited) company.

Lucy Granville

Hello my name is Lucy Granville.

I joined Living Clean in 2004 with my 1st goal to set up another branch covering Dereham and North Norfolk. In 2006 the Dereham branch joined with Norwich and I took over the running of both branches.

I have over 12 years experience in domestic cleaning.

In 2010 Living Clean Ltd joined forces with EKS Ltd to become a provider for domestic and commercial environmentally cleaning services thought Norfolk.

My role since then is to provide customers new and old with a continuous 1st class service.

Nathan Stoneman

Hello my name is Nathan Stoneman.

I have been employed by EKS/living Clean Limited Since September 2008 in a position as site support Coordinator.

During my 4 years with EKS/Living clean I am responsible for ensuring we go beyond the expectations off our customers and staff. My duties include visiting sites ensuring they are kept to our high standards.

Liaising with staff on a daily basis ensuring any problems they may have, when they are on site are dealt with there and then with no effect to the client.

Within my role I work to maintain and keep our UKAS 9001 accreditation we have two annual audits, which we have passed. In the next year we will be putting Living clean Limited through its ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

On a daily basis I liaise with Wayne Bullock who is our Business Development Coordinator and deal with staffing any new sites and ensure they start smoothly and handing across to Maz who will be the line contact with staff on site.

On a daily basis I manage Maz scheduling her nightly weekly visits, and ensuring all sites are fully managed and kept to the highest standard.

Wayne Bullock

Hello my name is Wayne Bullock.

I joined EKS/living Clean Limited in April 2009 as a branch manager covering Norwich,Suffolk,Essex Region.

My 16 years experience comes from sales and the cleaning industry.

As a business development manager my job includes looking after new and present customers with a one to one customer care satisfaction.Also to provide the information about our environmentally friendly products and services for commercial and domestic market.

My area of coverage is all of the east Anglia region.

Lisa Bridges

My name is Lisa Bridges and I have been working for EKS/living Clean Limited since January 2012 as Office Administrator.

My duties include processing employee’s time sheets ready for pay role, sales / purchase ledger, stock control and collating orders. My other duties include updating staff and customers files to conform to our UKAS quality requirements and any other day to day administration needs.

Maz Berini

Hello my name is Maz Berini.

I have been employed by EKS/Livingclean Limited since April 2011 in the position as site support officer.

I have 22 years experience in the management sector and have been for the last 11 years in the cleaning industry.

As a site support officer my daily duties consist of looking after customers and caring for our staff,i carry out staff training site inductions as per our quality management systems ISO 9001 UKAS.

I report directly to Nathan who directs my weekly duties,we have a weekly operations meeting that we all attend to keep us informed of any new prospects or just to report anything that I am not happy with, I must say that the communications is very important for me to carry out my duties professionally and courteously.

My area of coverage is from Great yarmouth to Cromer to Diss and Norwich.

My goal for this year is to continue to provide all our customers both old and new with an professional and excellent service and to maintain our reputation as the main domestic and commercial environmentally friendly cleaning provider in East Anglia.
